-Recipe-

  1. Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.
  2. Add the minced meat to a frying pan with oil and fry until it changes color.
  3. Add the vegetables and fry until the onion changes color.
  4. Add water and curry. Use about 1 piece of curry roux for every 150cc of water. The more you add, the spicier it will be.
  5. Add ketchup, salt and pepper to taste and evaporate the water. Be careful not to burn if you don't stir occasionally.
  6. Once the water has evaporated, serve with rice and it's done. It's also delicious when sandwiched between bread.
