Udon noodles for 2 people
Meat 100g
Carrots 2
Mushrooms as needed
Soy sauce 5 tablespoons
Mentsuyu (optional): 5 tablespoons
Salt as needed
-How to make-
Thinly slice the vegetables and meat into bite-sized pieces.
Add the vegetables and meat to a pan with oil and stir fry until cooked through. Boil water to cook the udon noodles.
Once the ingredients are cooked, add the water, mentsuyu, and soy sauce and bring to a boil. Boil the udon noodles.
After skimming off the scum and adding salt and soy sauce to taste, put the udon in the pot and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Put it on a plate and it's done. You can change the toppings to whatever you like.
