-Recipe-

  1. Cut vegetables into bite-sized pieces
  2. Put oil and ginger in a pan and fry carrots, chicken, daikon radish, lotus root, potatoes, and mushrooms in that order.
  3. Add seasonings and water and bring to a boil.
  4. Skim off the scum and adjust the flavor.
  5. Close the lid and evaporate the water to finish.
