Rice, as needed
Chicken thigh, 100g
Onion, 1
Eggs, 2
Water, 80cc
Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
Mirin (or white wine), 1 tablespoon
Sugar, 1/2 tablespoon
Mentsuyu, 1 tablespoon (optional)
-How to make-
Cut the onion and chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Put the onion, water, and seasonings in a frying pan with oil and simmer.
When the onion is soft and cooked through, add the chicken.
Once the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the flavors have soaked in, add half the beaten eggs and simmer.
After it has solidified a little, add the remaining eggs and continue cooking. Serve with rice and it's done.
