Boiled fish

3 fish fillets
6 tablespoons water
8 tablespoons white wine
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons honey
1 piece ginger

Make a cross cut on the skin side of the fish to allow the flavor to penetrate more easily. Cut the ginger into rings.
Put the seasonings and ginger in a frying pan and boil for a while.
When it boils, add the fish skin side up, drop it in, cover and boil again.
When it boils, reduce the heat to medium and boil until the broth is reduced by half.
Serve on a plate with ginger and it's done.
