  1. Roll the meat into balls every 2-3 slices, coating them in potato starch. This way there is no need to deep fry.
  2. Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Stir-fry the meat, carrots, mushrooms, onions, green peppers and paprika in oil in that order. Be careful not to break the meat apart.
  4. Add oyster sauce, ketchup and sugar to taste.
  5. Add vinegar to taste and it's done.
